This Abs & Core HIIT is calibrated to moderate-intensity, based on a based on a 2:1 work-to-rest ratio, on 30 seconds work and 15 seconds rest time periods. The whole session is made up with 4 cycles of workout, each with 10 sets of exercises that work on your Abs and Core. For each cycle of workout, there will be a 60 seconds recovery time. Please connect early for the session as latecomers who miss the pre-activity safety and well-being checks will not be allowed to participate.
